Who gets to decide what makes a topic intellectual? Lets use that new world order topic for an example. Yes, to most people the concept of the NWO makes no sense, and there are a lot of irrational beliefs the believers hold. The problem with having the intellectual bit there is that everyone has a different concept of what an intellectual topic is. That's like because I do not believe in God I think any religious philosophers are loons and shouldn't be allowed to have proper debates with agnostics or atheists, because to me the concept of a creator doesn't make sense.
But we all have beliefs that will not make sense to some other people, do you catch what I'm trying to say here?

A post count requirement would weed out inexperienced users to this forum, but yes you are correct, it doesn't correlate with intelligence.

I was more so referring to the posters, but you guys are right we should just attempt to make them read and understand the stickies, and attempt to make them post in a legible manner.
