Creating these databases will have a significant increase in site traffic.
The databases don't need to be constantly up to date as of the moment due to no one having rs3 server fully working.

That's her personal site she made, it's not an official for rune-server nor was it verified for rune-servers official.
So there's other options, but it'd be more efficient for those to go to 1 place rather then 1-3 different sites.
