I think there should be a rule against creating threads for fixing simple compiler errors, this should include things such as cannot find symbol, duplicate methods, not a statement, no method/field found, etc. I mostly think this because there is a sticky thread explaining how to fix them. Also, these are universal javac errors which could easily be solved by simply searching them on google.
EDIT: Maybe this thread will help the creation of this rule (because the other compiler errors thread is very unorganized and not noob friendly): http://www.rune-server.org/runescape...ml#post2714590
Post the error... Better Undertsanding.
I'm a so-so on this one, But the only thing is, Rune-Server is here to help with anything, little or small.
By showing us the code it helps the person whos helping the person who is requiring the assistance and the person helping.
support.
I'd also like to see a rule against the "how to add" threads, as example this thread: http://www.rune-server.org/runescape...i-assault.html
We don't want to limit members ability to request help as we are here as a forum to help them learn. We do however provide guides and tutorials on fixing them, see stuck thread: http://www.rune-server.org/runescape...er-errors.html I also see you have created a thread with common errors.
