Making it possible to change the colour of your username?

All of the usergroups here have specialized icons so you don't have to worry about users misrepresenting themselves and as long as there are strict bans and infractions for users intentionally using colors that are eye rape like neon green and yellow, I don't necessarily have a problem with the idea.

Very bad idea, would get abused and the colour is designed to make people aware of someone with a rank, the way it is at the moment is:

Staff: Bold & Colour
Donator, Vet etc: Colour
Members: Standard, depending on the style.

Thats how it should stay, also yes staff may have crowns and what not but like most things if this was added it would get abused so no thx.

You didn't state that at any point, your threads named 'Making it possible to change the colour of your username?' which implies that you want to make it possible for everyone to change the colour of there names however if you ment to disallow the colours of staff etc then that wouldn't work at all because as i said before 'the colour is designed to make people aware of someone with a rank'.

Because it's ohh soo simple to notice the difference between 0x06A4D9 and 0x06A4D8

It's done as so, so users with a rank are easily noticed. Whether they earned the rank or donated to help Rune-Server, we want them to stick out. Especially moderators.
