Sectional Moderators

Make each sectional moderator, moderate just one section. Benefits:


1. Would broaden the selection of sectional moderators and thus giving more people an opportunity at moderation.

1. Would make them moderate with ease as they would only have just one section to moderate.

Most of them do their current jobs alright but I see your point about giving more people the opportunity to try moderation. It also puts more pressure on staff to find enough users who are respected and mature enough to moderate.
