My suggestion is make Server Uptime 100% in a row. Like moparscape server status..from 100% shown in page 1 page 2 show 99% or 98% in a row.

Thank TimeShift for explain them. For the vote try to make another vote page. so they click like rune-server.ee/vote.php shown top voter.
i dont see a point in having 2 toplist, 1 for votes and another for uptime..
why not 1 toplist, with your own sorting out..
like name a-z
status etc etc
Some people may want to see a server that has high up time and play that server. Some may simply want a server that is loved by the people and some people may want a server Starting with the name Awesome!.
