Banned Users Access Appeal Section

I have a suggestion. Why not let the banned users ONLY access the Appeal Section? I mean, there won't be stuff with the ban evading and stuff...It would be a lot easier for the Gmods also because they won't have much work banning the evading accounts.

Because when people make raid accounts to spam the forums and we ban them, they will just go spam the ban appeals section. It's a good idea, I also thought of this in the past. But with rune-server it won't work =[

That is true, I also thought about that point. But I guess it is more work banning the evading users than just ipban the raiders

an Ip ban now days is nothing to the computer savvy. It takes two minutes to proxy past an IP ban.

But nowadays, Moderators are quite active right? And with the active members, they click the report button very fast So they are maybe able to ban them immediately.
