RSPS Services/Work on Blackmarket

I've suggested this to a Mod but he doesn't even answered me, so I'll post here..

Since we are not allowed to sell or buy rsps work on our sections, it should be added to Blackmarket.

It could have 2 subsections:


services (related to jobs)
and
work already made (things already done, pieces of code, etc, that you may want to sell)

Also people could be vouched after a good job done.

I think this is really a need.
