Rs317 Client/Server informative threads section

We should have an informative threads section to the Rs317 sections. I recently posted my protocol docs for the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], and they're likely to get lost in the sea of shit in those sections.

I would post more informatives for rs2 server too yea I support!!

Lmao, and yea i agree too. If people actually spent the time reading, they'd understand how the client/server worked, this can be handy in some cases when fixing errors.
