I have a question:

Say I were to buy affiliation rank to advertise in shoutbox, signature and posts/threads, would only I be allowed to advertise it, or would everyone else who wants to advertise for me be allowed too? I was considering buying it for my RSPS so I and the other owner (who also has an account here) can both advertise it here.
