Well when I changed from server dev -> vet, I lost my derep.
Raid told me to stop derepping (despite the fact that there is no guidelines to what I can derep for).

but some users flame me alot and dont do anything good so they only get derep because of me and no rep from other users, and then i loose my derep because they break the users and no one likes them
