Whenever you delete some of your own posts and your post count goes below the amount required for your current rank, the armour doesn't update to a lower version below your name:

i think if you post after it updates your post bit. the same thing happened when the tinypic images stopped working, some people still have broken images but when they post it will fix them

vBulletin does not update things like that every minute, that would use a insane amount of bandwidth. It's normally automatic within 24 hours, there is an option the the administrator control panel to update it though.
