not really a very big complaint but i'm often in a hurry when it comes to replying to pms and the 60 second timeout is a bit killing when i want to respond to 5-10 pms at once, makes me have to stand still and reply every 60 seconds to make sure it doesn't take longer than 5-10 minutes at the very least

i completely understand (and encourage having) a timeout, but could it be reduced to 5-10 seconds or for example just reduce it for everyone with 1000+ posts/year+ account creation?

once again not a big complaint but rather something of a quality of life update

It's to prevent advertisers to use bots over PM. Big no.

If someone wanted to bot pms they would just wait 60 seconds, it really doesn't make much difference

That's why he said that it should only be for people that have been a while on the forum. New users shouldn't be allowed to do this. Aside from that they could still limit the amount of private messages that can be sent IP based or with an invisible captcha to track interaction.
I've left the RSPS scene. If you need to get any work done reach out to my friend 'savions.sw' on Skype.
