I'm sick and tired of seeing kids trying to sell paypal accounts, (Limited paypal accounts) with high wealth on it.

I've just seen some kid trying to sell a paypal account with 40,000 USD on it. Obviously if someone would've gotten it unlimited. That person would be in jail for a federal crime. This shouldn't be allowed at all.

Before anyone says anything about my verification thread, it's not the same, All i'm doing is the same as purchasing a Virtual Credit card and adding too it. Which will allow you to use your account, works on newly made accounts as well which won't get anyone into legal trouble.
