Update
Increased speeds from my older implementation from ~20 second startup to ~3 seconds.
Finished my tool, you can add data very easily, whatever file type you put it you can take it back out the same way.
Loads super fast
Your data won't be corrupt, don't have to worry about broken sectors or a corrupt cache.
Rename file stores

How long would this take to load on a 100-150mb cache?
Not long since I switched from a slow compressor to a much faster one. A few seconds probably.
The client is actually very much playable now. I dropped memory from reaching 320k down to 135k-200k. I'll be able to drop it down to 100k-150k and ill release this new cache in my client.

I feel the next logical step would be to extract the files inside the cache into a more open format (JSON?), referring toward this thread: https://www.rune-server.ee/runescape...y-formats.html . I really like what you've done here.
