Lol make sure you file it as a business, so if anything gets sued the business does. Not you.

As long as you don't host the files on your server you should be fine, still possible tho there's always a risk.

Depends what kind of business it is. An LLC would protect you, however a sole proprietorship wouldn't.

Most movie sites and some apps mostly don't host the files they embed it from a thirdparty or link to them as long as you don't host copyrighted material nothing serious can happen worst thing ive seen really is that the app/website is blocked in certain countries or even shutdown, never seen anyone being somewhat sued for this but i guess there's a maybe there's always a risk, but i don't think i'm wrong ive seen multiple sites and apps which stream movies which haven't been sued or even took down as of yet i mean look at popcorntime still up and running strong for 2years

Embedding a movie in your website is basically the same as streaming it. It doesn't matter if you're embedding the movie from another site, you're still intentionally hosting a website where people can watch unlicensed movies for free.

The MPAA and RIAA are not to be toyed with. I know first hand. Even when I was legally sound I still lost.
    What am I watching now?
