Sounds like someone had you ratted and for better access they opened teamviewer on ur pc remotely and connected to it like that.

if you haven't already, you should change every single password of yours associated with any account you've used on this computer. Re-installation of Windows won't do much if this guy already has your password(s).

It's probably not because of a security issue or hack.
Teamviewer probably added to your startup list, so it was running when you turned your computer on. As for how he was able to connect; your password was probably the same. Make sure your password changes after the end of a session etc. These are all options you can configure within Teamviewer.
I normally change my password using the refresh button that is next to password field after each session.
Well, looks like i'm deleting Teamviewer.
