Don't waste your time.
Spoke with Michael for an hour or two regarding a requirement i had. Initially he gave me a price and everything was good, we discussed in detail, he was happy, I was happy and I left him to get on with it.
12 Hours later we spoke again, he showed me a couple off example class files he'd created.
Do not get me wrong, the work was great but incomplete nonetheless.
There's an issue with Eclipse & The source i'm using apparently and therefore he got bored compiling the server via a batch file.
Ok I do appreciate that's not the best working conditions to be in, I offered some extra payment.
I wasn't getting any direct information back, Michael was very reluctant to give me a straight answer as to whether or not he was willing to complete this.
Lets just say this is how our conversation ended. ~24Hours later.
I've already purchased the gold that he required for the job. More fool me i guess.
TL;DR - Do not waste your time. If your tasks are small then you've probably got more of a chance of getting them done, i think there's just a lack of a few things; communication skills, patience and work ethic.
