wouldnt go for a 970, better off getting a 1070 or a 1080 if its in the budget.

So I've spent the last week doing research on parts for a custom gaming PC I wanted to build, and came down to the following parts. Yes, it's my first build, so I may even have parts on here that aren't good or won't even work with the whole set up. Please leave feedback! I'm not a hardcore gamer, but I would like to play games on maximum settings with little to no lag.

Why ddr3 memory with skylake and a ddr4 mobo? Quite sure it's not even compatitble.
If you can afford a gtx 1070, I would go for it!
I don't exactly have that much to blow on a 1080 even though it's most likely worth it haha, here's what I have on my list now. What do you think?
