I have been playing football (soccer) for years now, but I have noticed that i'm not too fast (when sprinting) however I do have good condition as I don't feel exhausted after playing a full 90 minutes game.

I was thinking to buy a weight vest as I have read a lot of reviews that it can improve speed, I always play soccer outside in a soccer cage and i'm sure it'll be good training.

So my question was, where could I get one where I can pay with Paypal? I've been looking everywhere but I simply cannot find, also if the weights can be adjusted that would be very good because I don't want to start with 10 - 15 kg but, I do want to build up and reach that amount.

I live in the netherlands (Province of Utrecht).

    Thanks for the help.
    Keep your head up.

You don't even need weights with Football, I used to be scouted by a Premier League team and for training with speed we'd just do drills over a few yards or so.

Drills are far better than a handicap IMO as the transition from the training to the actual game (with a handicap) is far more awkward for me. I was given some thing that basically connected your feet together so you couldn't stretch them too much, to help me with stepovers - but just having cone indicators and a defender to take on helped me way more

Also considering you said you're not exhausted after a game (even with great stamina, you should) it means that you're not exerting enough energy

Look into various speed drills specifically for Football

I'm a pretty technical player, I don't lose the ball too often, however i'm not fast, example, if I cut a player down and I try to take the sprint to the goal to shoot I always get out-runned by the other defenders.
