Yes, you did say that. Having pumped triceps does not put any further strain on your chest when doing chest exercises.
Aight then suit yourself, i guess we got a know it all here. Not talking about "Pumped triceps".

Obv, someone must have shit genetics then.
Incline 60 and you'll feel the difference training triceps first.

I usually just do triceps last when doing chest myself, getting triceps dips in the mix to hit triceps and some of chest is always nice. Then I often may throw in closed grip push-ups as well for the last workout.

I personally don't like to train back/biceps and chest/triceps as the muscles you're directly training are being worked hard as a secondary muscle too, this doesn't really work for me. I tried back/biceps and chest/triceps for a couple of months, I personally get alot more out of my work out by following my current routine (back/triceps, chest/biceps).

    Thanks for having a read

So training for hypertrophy doesn't result in a pump? Alright then lol, no wonder you're skinny as fuck then.
Not sure how you determine that one would have "shit genetics" based on what i've said and what do you even mean by "shit genetics"...
In the 6 years I've been training I've tried many different variations of exercises. Training auxiliary muscles, used in an exercise mainly targeting some other muscle, does not put further strain on the main muscles used in said exercise. You wouldn't train biceps before back would you?

However, if it's working for you keep doing it.
