Been working out for quite a while now. I'm aiming for a balanced, aesthetic physique. My goal is to be around 75kg at 8% bodyfat (since im not that tall). I'm also not that much focusing on weights (although it gives your echo a big boost when you reach a new PR), but more on proportion. Also i've been reading alot of nutrition/training literature during my time fitnissing. So if you've any questions, just ask them .
