I am starting to believe this might be an issue with the Ram or HDD when I'm doing something like pressing ctrl + z on Dreamweaver do undo a few things it will completely delete all the code on the css and say DW has crashed then it will completely delete that css file. When i run league it will freeze the OS for a good 10 minutes and then run again normally which never happened before. I ran some RAM tests on windows and never found a problem any ideas?

I had this before, all I had to do was replace my sata cable. Could be your hard drive or sata cable.

Run drive scan, run memory scan. If both are good, just reinstall windows (make sure you download the correct drivers for your hardware after the fact).
