All I can say is use system restore the most recent time and try to clean up your computer the right way next time.
EDIT: I mean your computer cant be that bad, so maybe just use the default C drive cleaner in admin tools.

Run the command prompt as an administrator and enter this code:
It might be because of corrupt files and that usually does it for me. :trollface:Code:sfc /scannow
Well I found a solution for xp I think, but I can link you this to try and repair it. Eusing Free Registry Cleaner: Safely scan and repair registry problems - Spyware FREE.
It works pretty great it may fix up some errors your last cleaner may have caused. If this doesn't help then all I can say is I tried.
