After recently figuring this out and thanks to rune-server for helping me on it, i came out with a much easier way then most people have their tuts for. Ill give you the exact code.

    1. make a file called "makejar.bat"
    2. Put this text inside:
jar cf (your jar file name).jar *class (name of any folder you want to include)
    3. replace the text in the pars with what they say are in them.
    4. the makejar.bat must be inside the folder you want to make a jar
    5. now just run makejar.bat
