Fixing crown for Rank 3 users

No idea if this has been posted before, but here you go.

Find

Replace with

Code:

out.write((playerRights > 2 ? 2 : playerRights));

;

Now rank 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10+ users will have a crown.
