WHAT YOU JUST DID:
Added in so if you're wearing one of those capes, and someone else is, you can't attack that person.
I TAKE HARDLY ANY CREDITS FOR IT! CLOUD THE STRIFE MADE IT! I JUST ADDED THE REST OF THE CAPES!
