Post in the correct forum and also learn to use Search
What do you need a tut for? Those skills are already in the Delta source, sure they may be very shitty and bugged to the max, but they're there nonetheless; if you're looking to improve the skills then you'll have to work out how to do it yourself because it's highly unlikely that someone's going to create a tutorial for something that's requires such a basic level of RsPs knowledge (0 Java knowledge is required to work with Delta, people should probably stop kidding themselves).
