i have no idea how to connect my server to my client.. where is the ip address to put ip. does anyone know where i can find the ip address to coneect to my server. can anyoine help me?
Have you made a server?
If you are using hamahci; you use 5.XX.XXX.XX < That's your IP
If you are using a prot forwarded ip, then you register an account on [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and make a host, E.G hello.no-ip.org
make sure you have run the run.bat in your server files, if you want to mess about, type 127.0.0.1 into the server IP Position.

You post in the right section.
find Egui.java in ur client folder then change the ip address to urs
Just connect to localhost if you want to connect to your server and its running from your computer...
EG: 0.0.0.0 or 127.0.0.1
