Same thread updated title, since I dont want to spam by opening another thread.
This revision and cache is from 6-21-2004
This is the first day the game frame changed from beta look to newer version
this has no scroll on emote tab
and there is only 2 options on the banking
only for notes and old falador statue
ps: I also have a bunch of other old never seen caches I feel like I have every revision from beta to newer as well I will show if people are interested
I may also release the caches at some point we will see.

Might as well start showing more revisions on this thread,
I might keep posting more revisions and dont ask for my data you are not getting it,
thank many people in the comments for that.

First edition duel arena, day 1; the bank only lasted near the entrance 2 days, 3-27-2004 the bank was moved to where it stayed forever.

Release day of Music tab;
Items updated graphically to almost 289 style not quite every item.
This is 10 days before Duel Arena was released, so you see the old Al-kharid,
Music tab is a note instead of harp, and the lumbridge was on its 2nd edition.
Quite the unique revision!
Make sure to look down at the Music tab icon

Pretty cool
If u really have the caches, should send to graham to be added to the archive: OpenRS2 Archive before they are gone due to some drive failure or something.
The RuneScape preservation unit has been hunting for caches/clients all over the internet for the past few years.
This is just one reddit thread out of dozens created: Reddit - Dive into anything
They have a spreadsheet here of everything archived: Lost Runescape versions - Google Sheets
Everything marked green on the spreadsheet we have a copy of and is available to download.
Contact them by joining this Discord: RuneScape Archive
You can also submit the caches using this form if you prefer: Old RuneScape game files
They also send caches to Graham for his archive.
Thanks for the suggestion! Maybe I will one day?
But none of my caches are new finds, I have been sitting on them all for about 10-15 years never seen the light of day, just for me to play around with.
I personally have many many backups on different hard drives.
I dont want to be rude by denying the community cache so I say maybe one day I will.
Yes date is correct, there is only one revision where the normal game frame has the bank notes
the next update 8 days later added the normal bank with item switching
Thats why I decided to show this one off, because its extremely rare there was
only an 8 day window to get this version
Ok.
1. You posted in the wrong section of this forum. This has nothing to do with rsps development.
2. What is the point in showing-off this to begin with?
3. I'm willing to bet you don't actually have these caches just based off your response is made from your pictures. Someone with the caches would say something like... "yes the cache files on my pc are dated 2004."
4. If you weren't aware of the archiving and search for these old caches, well you definitely are aware now and clearly you have no intention of contributing what you claim to have to the preservation unit group. Negged.
What are you talking about..
I was just giving context to the cache date.. i know the exact cache date 6-21-04
Im not stupid or new here, i been around the rsps community since 06 dispite what my profile says.
Edit: also if i dont have the cache then what the hell are you looking at on the pictures? Do you seriously need a video or picture of cache in my folder? i dont know what else to tell ya buddy. Because your right I dont plan to release any of my caches right now.. but I have a plan in the future to release them all in a type of way so calm your tiddies.
