Edit: This started out as a small game that i wasn't going to finish but i've decided to actually turn it into a project. I'll kick myself forever if i don't see it through.
Big thanks to everyone with their input and ideas on this one. I wouldn't have bothered if people didn't see potential. Might move this to the project section.
It's VERY rough around the edges but i will explain it the jist of it.
Features:
- Every pet is given base stats of Physical attack/ Magical attack / Ability
- Abilities are entirely unique to each pet
- During battle, your pets base stats are rolled against the enemies stats. The higher the number on the roll determines if an attack is a hit or miss
- Each attack is turn based and works on a time limit - Taking too long will force skip your turn
- First to kill their opponent wins
To do list (old but i'll just update it slightly. Can't be bothered to reformat thread):
There are plenty of things missing as well as a huge list of unfound bugs i can imagine will arise .
Instead of damaging the players hp, it will damage the enemy pets hp. - Completed
Attacks will make npcs perform emotes and fire projectiles. - Completed
Not every ability has been added as theres a huge list of pets. - Not Completed
I haven't found an area that will look appealing as a battle arena. - Completed
The interfaces for this feature are still a huge work in progress. - Completed (I settled with dialogues).
Each pets attacks can be upgraded but i haven't balanced it properly yet.- Haven't Started
