Rebuilding the escape system

So i saw a thread here today which inspired me to create the same feature (i'm aware the thread is over a year old).
Despite the criticism it recieved, i thought it was unique and pretty cool.

I have issues with it personally though:
- Talking - it's not a big deal, but i'm just not a fan of it.
- Overheads - Some people panic with overheads in the heat of the moment. I think this is a feature for people who lag out, not people who need to survive the best way possible.
Apart from that (which are subjective anyway), i liked it.
Features:
Disconnecting in combat triggers the escape system which will attempt to get your account out of the wilderness. If it detects that you're not in combat after 10 seconds, you will simply logout on the spot.
Almost everything in the thread above (minus the clean interface) including city escapes for pvp worlds. I also added obliesk support but that might be dead content in 2020. Who knows.
Teleporting with the spellbook doesn't work if you're in wildy with the server im working on. You need a teletab/seedpod etc for the system to use it.
