Most if not all these are based on hovers...
A picture of dynamic items.. This basically allows constant change on any equip but keeping the original properties of the item such as item id noted id value etc)
Correct me if i'm wrong but these are all forms of dynamic systems?

not rly dynamic if u hardcode everything in the client
if like width/height of the interface dynamically changes based on what you feed it from the server that's a dynamic interface
That makes more sense.
Not much other than the interface is hardcoded on the client, the hover to apply effect is done for all interfaces that need to use it in whatever way the server tells them based on the data the server sends to the client when it needs to (in my case I just do it once on login)
Not too shabby. The interfaces could use some work visually, but you'll get there in time. I'm more interested in the item leveling system, any more information about it?
Some more information in regards to items i guess would be that they also have an ability effect which you can view by hovering the leveled weapon. Other then that not much else to say. It gets treated as a different item based on abilities added and refinement level. So if you put it into bank they'd be a different slot from the deafault item or any other item that doesnt have the exact same stats as the weapon you want to stack in the bank.. hope that makes sense + 10 is the max level. and there are is a stat for accuracy + (randomformula to get stat based on weapon level)
Interfaces could be cleaned up some but overall really cool stuff
