i know this is really easy to make and not really worth a show-off
but i havent seen this before so here we go
all these pets have the current osrs dialogue
Pet snakeling dialogue
Switching pet colors
Some more dialogues

I'm not sure what an enumerated type has to do with metamorphing, you can write it anyway you want. Just make sure you're using the npc transformation mask instead of removing and respawning the pet on the world.Im using enums for metamorphose
But yeah, either way works.

Am I the only one who finds it lame you're skipping those dialogues soo quick? I actually wanted to read them but it is way too fast
