It looks client sided, but it's all pretty much 100% server side using [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] this.
Took me about 2 days.
Credits to Maxi for object types release.

No wonder it took 2 days, this is so bad and ugly.
- The interface exists for a reason so you won't see that loading when entering the house.
- Your choice of chunks was bad
- Everything looks half-assed
- Why would you have a piece of party room and draynor there??
