IRC In Game Not Complete

This is just an idea i came upwith
I dont know how Im going to do the Chating yet.
I have the interface almost complete(:

This was done in PhotoShop

But it will look like this.

If you like the idea rate it please.

This will be for My server that i am working on With x|x|x

Rather than doing iRC in game why not just add an applet on the client, kind of like Swift for RS. WOuld make more sense, don't get me wrong its a nice idea and good luck, just throwing some idea's out there.

already done, made it like a yell channel you gotta join it by typing ::globalchat
then ::yell to talk
