Deltascape combat fixes

Ranging, magic and melee fixes, combat is the same basically for player vs player aswell.

I'm rebuilding the combat on dds-specz, im either going to host it or just release the source.

you know you can make a simpler magic system then emulous....

No thats my server i coded like almost 1year and a halfe back it's just on so people can talk and play around until this comes out.

Ps i know theres smaller magic systems but this was easy to rip out and put into delta.

ahh well what ever works for you i guess

i am building a MINAwL from basicly nothing but it did come with a script manager for python

so im making it the best way possible
