Everyone keep an eye out, because I will soon post a Development Blog in the "Projects" Section for my server, as I will be recuiting BETA Testers for a Private Beta, soon. (Hopefully next 10 days)

Why have tut island?

If a person is playing a private server its more than likely they would have played rs for some time.

Also even if your skills are a bit dif from rs... shouldnt need a tut to figure out...

However, if you did this for the sheer reason that you can... cudos

Agreed, why have a tutorial island on a rsps when people know how to play? But i will give you that this is good work. Considering 1 its every well done, and 2 its custom.

Maybe a npc who talk about how to make money on server, since all servers ive been admin/mod got spammed by questions about money making...
