I don't think any good developer will join you without being paid. If that would happend that would be really lucky for you but in my eyes there is no chance good luck.Quote:

Beware of scammers, plenty of people will offer to be your dev for free with the goal of stealing ideas, code, models, or map.Quote:

99% of the time if you want a dev that’s going to dedicate more than a few hours & potentially create a ton of bugs or leak your project, you’ll need to shell out some cash.
Yes I know, thanks for reminding me man. But we doesn't have a source yet ect. So nothing can be stolen at the moment:oQuote:

It isnt rocket sience..
It's quite funny how you've come on here searching for an experienced developer, stating that you have 'little dev knowledge', and then saying that you won't even be paying them for their services. Then you have the audacity to try act snobby with those trying to advise you. If you are looking to build something successful, you will either need to improve your 'dev knowledge' or invest more effort and money that you plan to. No experienced developer is going to offer you their services because of a slight chance that your server may succeed.Quote:

Advice & tips;
Find a source you want & start applying your minimal dev knowledge.
I say this because, no developer is going to blindly agree to dev for you without pay, without knowing what revision or framework you will be using. They will also start to fear this is just a cash grab attempt that may switch bases 8 times. They won’t be willing to redo their work 8 times so you can imagine where that concern leads.
To add; some developers refuse to work on 317s, some just refuse to work on PI bases, some just work on 667’s.
With the information you provided no one that has a half a brain & is in any way an “experienced dev” whether they’re a real developer or not, is going to agree to this position.
