Hello Rune-Server.
I am looking for a permanent developer for my project. I do not have a base as of right now, As for payment, I have quite a big budget to invest, but instead of paying you (the developer) I rather pay for the server funds first. I will cover all the costs of this project (Advertisement/Graphics mainly but whatever is necessary). I just need a dedicated and motivated developer creating it. In return, you will receive a % of the server's profit.
As for the work needed, a decent amount of time and effort is required but not too much to burn you off. You can work as much and as least as you want as long as you get the job done in a mannerly time.
For more details please message me on discord stable#3165

can’t you see what you’re asking for in return, you’re asking someone to dedicate their time to you and your prophecy. With no salary, only covering the cost of YOUR server.
what if it fails??? The developer spent all his time which is more valuable than money.
sure, you will find a retard to do this, they will last 1 week and create a plethora of problems, an unjustified amount of coding problems for the long run. If anything, you’re doing yourself worse.
pay your developers, your dreams won’t cover their bills.

I definitely understand your point, but the title clearly says that he's looking for a partner.
As per my definition, a partnership doesn't mean you're looking to piggyback off of someone else's work, but rather put your work in together, looking for an equal outcome. If you've every ran a successful server, you'd know that development is 50% of it (if not less). The rest is branding, marketing & management, which Stable happens to be incredible at doing.

If you’re looking for a motivated, dedicated developer that also does quality work you’re gonna have to pay. You might find 1 of the 3 criterias if you stick to this sort of deal but that’s not gonna be ideal is it. I find it odd you have funding but don’t prioritize development costs?

You're definitely right. You won't find incredible developers looking to work with you (with their pay being a percentage of ownership) unless you have some sort of previous relationship with said developers.
OT: Stable has ran successful servers perviously. Last one hitting over 300 players. Just an FYI.
I'm sorry to say but you're not making any sense buddy. Have you ever worked with actually knowledgeable people and they know what they're doing and what they are investing their money into? or are you used to people who are just after the money and don't understand the value of a server and their employees and partners.
I know my ways around all types of advertisement, Google, Social Media, Youtube ADS not (YouTubers) and I also have a good relation with each and every YouTuber in the scene. Apparently, you have been working with people who are utterly dumb and brainless if your here to cause issues and drama over nothing. Look man I'm only looking for a partner that is willing to develop and work the technical side of the server. Just let it be and leave your comments out of this thread.
To what Technotik said, Advertisement and Management is about 50% of what makes a true server successful and the other half is development. You for yourself you know what it takes because you have worked with Sprad and Walkchaos and you saw the difference between a dedicated person that actually spends time on making stuff work and organized and a money-hungry person.
To add on top of that, yes it's true you need to pay to get quality development and good content but at the same time if you have a semi-good and dedicated developer on your project stuff may turn out right, if it's done right.
I'm also happy that you have commented on this thread not unlike all the other scammers and shit show servers out there that post threads all over the place, so that shows your interest in what I plan or have come if I find the right partner.

I understand. I just feel like these sorts of trust requiring partnerships are hard to form with people you don’t have previous experience with. Since it’s posted on r-s I’m assuming your already existing contacts are milked dry () and hence the concern. It goes both ways, I 100% agree that developing is only a part of the job when running a server. It’s just easier to form partnerships the other way around, atleast so I feel personally.
Regardless I wish you nothing but luck finding what you’re looking for - just be vary of people wasting your time. The keywords here being motivation and dedication when money is usually what drives people and that will be absent for the upstart of the project.
