Haven’t used this personally so can’t 100% confirm that Bounty Hunter works, but the interfaces are displayed in screenshots, so one can assume!

Also, All 6 of the following bases have bounty hunter but are 317 loading osrs, not OSRS sources; OSV, Exotic, Ascend, Special-plz, Anguish, Project 51

yeh i know i tried all of them and all of them have a bounty hunter problem it cant select target and sometimes the bounty hunter interface does not show

On all OSV based sources I've been able to get targets from the bounty hunter system, at least that I can remember. I do know theres a penalty for leaving the wilderness try commenting the Penalty system out and dabbling with it from there
