A full time software engineer with 2 years experience is going to need alot more than 50% commission from a runescape private server (In Australia they are on 100k a year). I hope you have a good business plan and good luck finding someone, there is alot of decent competition out there already so in-order to achieve you'd have to outlay a fair amount to find a good reliable developer with decent drive to take you places. You'd be better off hiring a junior for $25/hr for their services. You can actually hire developers with good ratings on upwork where you can actually track their hours. As long as you build a fair contract with them having them provide you documentation on their work for each day of work. You can also make disputes if they have ripped you off.
That would be my advice, itll be alot more beneficial to you, more reliable and more professional. There won't be any decent programmer with a brain willing to settle for 50% commission of a fresh rsps with no real scope or business plan.
