Looking for MAP EDITOR

I'm currently working on a project at the moment and looking to alternate my home location/asthetics around.

Any chance anyone has a map editor? Free preferably but always willing to throw the Buck if it is a decent Software model.

RSPSi is currently the best Map Editor for several revisions, but it costs about 100€.
