Looking for a developer to help with my EDUCATIONAL BASED RUNESCAPE GAME [Paid]

Hi,
So I have a server up and working.
I need a developer to help me (tutorials for me), but also help do some customisation.

The project is:
I am a teacher looking at engaging kids with homework. I am therefore wanting to create a MMORPG through runescape, that will allow kids to play normally, but get opportunities to practice what they learn in school through Multiple Choice quizzes (MC) and challenges. The MC will appear during the game (not sure when yet - possibly fights), where correct answers = benefit to player; wrong answers = penalty to player.

The person taking this on must be accessible (i.e. online a lot!), and friendly!

Haven't used java in a while, but finding an npc and making a simple class for it with either the questions/answers hard coded or pull them from online should work.
