My name is Adam, I'm 19 and have been in the RSPS scene for around 10 years, I have owned a few servers but only been passionate about my past two projects, I'm currently working alone and have no staff, but I have the community, server, VPS, Website. Also the server is setup on GitHub/GitKraken, so you will be added to the repository for coding so no anydesk/teamviewer nonsense , work at your own pace and make it enjoyable! I'm a very open and friendly person so any ideas will be taken into consideration. All I expect from you is loyalty, communication and some dedication to the project!
