Perhaps with configs, did you try dumping the configs from those objects?

Looking to find out how the purple & white light works for raid loot on OSRS, I've noticed the light is object id 30030 and accepts object type 10 but the chest that you loot from is also object type 10 and placing two objects of the same type deletes the prior object. Does anyone know how this works?

You don't send another object you just activate the varp with its correct setting id. Mostly 0 is off 1 is on.
The light is actually already there on the upper floor and you just have to use varbit 1327 to toggle it off/white/purple.
