As the above said no one in this day and age will really work for free unless a project is EXCEPTIONALLY promising.
we are all in this together and working as a team and using our personal money to make this happen. and tbh if your expectations for a project exceeds this then idek what to say :L our thread is taking over the whole section. and thanks for the goodlucks!
"Position is currently unpaid but TBD for the future when the server starts receiving revenue."
Considering the position will be long-term, you can probably expect the developer to get a decent amount of % upon release. The server is pretty much guaranteed a great playerbase especially with the current developers so being able to not pay them shouldn't even be an issue.
Unpaid until revenue starts coming in.. hell most projects are kicked off like that, I see nothing wrong with it.
Whoever joins will be coming into a good team, I've worked with jordan before and he's a driven and professional individual.
Best of luck on your search, Jordan!
Code:First Name? Aero Rune-Server Account Link? Click me! Experience? Over 10 years... Vouches? None so far. Why do you believe you are a fit for us? Looking for a promising project to assist and grant my knowledge upon, also this is quiet a nice server, Jordan! Any additional information you want us to know? Me and Jordan were best friends.
Joining a team is different than doing a service. And I certainly would if the people part of the project are people I would deem trustworthy. As I said, many great servers have started out this same way.
And for the record, if I was a server developer rather than a designer, I most certainly would throw my hat in there to be on a team with Jordan, because he's not some random, and the projects he's been a part of are promising.
