Getting 200% of your money back is a pretty shitty deal considering the chances of this server even succeeding. It could take you 1 day to get the money back, while it could take you months. I'm not predicting that you server will fail, but if you want investors to invest; then try thinking of a better offer.
I'm not sure if you really want to host a successful server or if you are just making this thread to show others that you are trying. The thread is so half-'ass-ly' made that it looks like you are not even trying. If you have nothing to put on the table then at least try to look & sound professional.

Anyone who is a good programmer viewing this looking for work just hmu paid in $ via PayPal I have many vouches already have a full team only spots needed is game side developers. Paid out around $2500 on the project already for development.

There better bases out there like Hyperion.
Although, granted Ruse is probably better than most other bases.
I would take you up on your deal, but I am not a big fan of all the customs you have on your server.
