Config 965 and config 1230 are what change the displayed pages. They must be sent before opening the interface. Config 1230 is for when you leveled up, the other is for the usual. Usual one has values similar to skillIds, the other one has random values.
This is not only OSRS-based FYI. All revisions basically up to like 667? use this interface in the same way.
