Previous experience: I have been player moderator on several dodian remakes and sometimes promoted to global moderator due to my activity and reporting players etc. The last dodian I played I was promoted to administrator and my job was investigate players watch there activity etc if they broke rules, I promoted players, wrote updates threads etc added new forums in the admin cp.
But after 2 months or so my fully experience started when I was recruited in the Dodian XIV staff team I started of as an player moderator and that day the owner started trusting me, and over time he trusted me alot, few weeks after reporting players, punishing them, report bugs etc and due to my activity I was promoted to global moderator. 2 months later I was promoted to administrator and my job was to write the new updates on forums, advertising, promoting players when needed, I was keeping an eye on all players all the time due to see their activity and if they broke any rules. I was extremely active in game and on the forums, I was never away and if the owner needed any else help I could add forums in the admin cp and other stuff like that, if shoutbox was being to spammed or something was wrong I turned it off, when server went down I turned it on or when it needed a reboot I did that, or when npcs were bugged I did a npc reset, or if a player was stuck couldn't log in, I was basically doing everything what a administrator should do.
